Personal Opinion:

I bought this chair for sole indoor / garden use. My main reason was because it has a riser function so I can reach into cupboards.I have been told by other people that they have taken theirs all over the place & been pleased but for me it would lack support & adequate stability on steeper ramps than the ones I have at home. It does just go through standard doorways although you will see from my photo that I have damaged the arm doing this. I transfer to use this to get about my house & up my garden & would not feel comfortable sitting on it for a prolonged period as the seat has little padding & back support.

The rear wheels stick out a long way which helps stability but I find I tend to damage furniture with them. Since a change in my condition I rarely use the riser function as the footplate does not rise so my legs dangle which puts pressure on my limbs which easily dislocate. Nothing really wrong with this for occasional use but as with all chairs a lot will depend on your condition. Personally I would not buy this again.
