Bundlebean Wheelchair Cover

Bundlebean Wheelchair Cover

Tell us what your attachment looks like:
Waterproof wheelchair cover in a range of funky designs. Bundlebean is a fleece lined, waterproof cosy which fits into it's own small bag. The design is similar to a blanket which fastens using a range of toggles and elasticated sections to the footplates, leg rests and back of your wheelchair. Because it is a blanket type design, it is very easy to get in and out of, unlike the other ones which are more like sleeping bags on the market. The Bundlebean has a large central pocket to keep your hands warm in, or items, and the bag it comes in attaches to the handle of your wheelchair easily for travel. The best thing about the Bundlebean is the designs, my particular favourite is the Flamingo, as it always looks fashionable and many people compliment it when I'm out.

Please explain how you attach/remove the item from your wheelchair or scooter:
Once the Bundlebean is out the bag, place the elasticated bottom around the footplates and pull upwards to your waist. You then can attach around your waist using the velcro, or for a tighter fit, around the back of the chair. Extra velcro toggles are available on the legrest area if needed.

Do you struggle to be in your wheelchair or scooter without this item?

Personal Opinion:

I definitely would recommend this item because of how easy it is to use and transport. I also love the different designs which are available, I think there is something to suit everyone. The only drawback is that in winter, even though it is fleece lined, you can still get a bit cold as the wind can go under the leg rests. It's easy to fit an extra blanket underneath but it's worth noting that in extra cold weather you might need another layer!
