I live near the beach, but have not been able to independently access it since 1981! But thankfully the Cajun Commando has given me the confidence and independence to finally get on the beach and enjoy my local area.
This wheelchair easily goes over soft sand, rocks and beach debris, so I never have to worry about getting stuck. You can also use it to tackle most uneven terrains, meaning you don’t have to have different wheelchairs for different surfaces!
It has four 600 watt motors to give it 4 x 4 power, along with the latest in line drive technology. There are lots of personal adjustments you can make to suit your needs, like a drinks holder or USB port; both of which are very useful!
I love really love this wheelchair and would highly recommend it! I have named mine the Blue Beast! It is manufactured in USA by a small and responsive family owned company, so tell em Ken says hi!
