What would you rate this wheelchair:
My wheelchair is light weight and easy to manoeuvre in tight spaces. It doesn’t collapse although the backrest folds down. It easily fits into the car. There is a handy pocket in the backrest one zipped and one open. The footrest height is adjustable depending on your needs. I have adapted the pushrims with a rubber cover to allow easier pushing. The side guards have an integrated mud guard which protects my coat from rain or mud. Although I wish the guards came higher, instead of so close to the wheel itself. The frame is indented to allow cleaner lines of the appearance of the chair, which I really like. I have made a few additions to the wheelchair, including purchasing a water bottle holder that attaches to the frame. I also use a FreeWheel attachment that attaches to my footrest with ease, along with a SmartDrive that works easily with my chair and fits on the H-bar.
Using this wheelchair has allowed me to push independently and get out into the world to explore different environments. Before this chair I was not able to get around independently and relied on others for help. Without this chair I wouldn’t be able to go off for ‘walks’ (rolls) and visit national trust properties. People are always commenting how nice my chair looks and I don’t think I would use another brand in the future, so I would highly recommend it.
