Personal Opinion:

My previous chair was a TDX powerchair by Invacare, however it broke down over 40 times in 2 years. It had to have dozens of wheel changes, things were constantly falling off and hinges kept snapping. But I have had this chair (Quickie Salsa M2) for a year now and so far it hasn’t needed any repairs! I am on the go for many hours every day, so it is a very reliable chair! The central wheel drive and decent suspension creates a smooth and stable ride. It also has an excellent turning circle, allowing me to use buses and trains everyday with out any problems!

The chair typically comes with a pilot style seat, but due to my injuries I found it very uncomfortable; therefore I now have an adapted seat. The seat can tilt, but I have this function turned off. I also got the original foot rests replaced with a footplate that flips up; as the original feature was so uncomfortable. Luckily my local wheelchair services were able to make all of these adaptations for me. Overall, I would highly recommend!
