Personal Opinion:
The Apex Rapid has both front and rear suspension; all of which creates a very smooth ride, particularly over bumpy pavements! This scooter is extremely compact and lightweight, meaning it is very easy to transport as it is easy to dissemble. Depending on your needs, you can actually take it apart with one hand to make 5 individual parts. The seat has variable control, can be completely removed and swivel sideways to make transferring easier.

The battery can be charged on or off-board, allowing the scooter to be stored in a garage, shed or car if needs be. The Apex Rapid comes with 17Ah batteries as standard for a longer range. However, smaller 12Ah batteries are available and they are lighter to carry! I have recently been to the caravan exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham and had no issues with my battery running out, despite being there all day. It comes in a variety of colours and has a LED kerb light, which is particularly useful at night.

I would highly recommend this scooter, especially for people with back problems. As mentioned above the suspension is great and it is very stable, which has massively helped my back! Although I would say that the basket is a little small and could do with some handles, so I can also use it in the shops!
