The Drive Medical LAWC007A manual wheelchair has a lightweight folding frame. Swing away quick-release footrests, half folding backrest, and desk style armrests.

It’s okay for a cheap chair, especially if your budget is under £250 then it does the trick. Mine has survived 6 years of occasional use so far (I use a mobility scooter for daily use), including taking a battering in aeroplanes, off-roading in forests etc.
Although it’s not ideal for me as I cannot self propel, so rely on someone to push me. Nothing is adjustable, and it doesn’t offer any comfort like cushions etc, meaning it’s not ideal to use any more than once a week maybe.
It’s easy to get in and out of all cars (that I’ve tried anyway,) as it’s lightweight, the wheels come off with ease and the frame folds up pretty small.
